Memoris1. Nature of purchases
Purchases on Memoris are for digital access, subscriptions, and conversation functionality delivered immediately after checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Memoris does not store full payment card details.
Before checkout, you may be asked to request immediate access to the digital service and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins.
2. When refunds apply
We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:
Duplicate billing. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
Non-delivery. If paid access was not made available due to a verified technical failure on our side.
Billing error. If the amount charged does not correspond to the product purchased.
Statutory entitlement. Where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal or refund that cannot be contractually excluded.
3. When refunds do not apply
Refunds are not available for subscription access already made available to an account, change of mind after immediate digital access begins, dissatisfaction with the subjective style or fictional nature of AI-generated replies, temporary service limitations, or accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund access already made available for the current billing period unless this policy or applicable law requires a refund.
4. How to request a refund
Use the contact address listed below within 14 days of the charge and include the email used at checkout, the order or transaction reference if available, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear.
